Refund policy

As our products are made to order and in accordance with the ACCC, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if you have bought the wrong size. Please carefully check the product measurements which can be found as the last photo on each product page. Please compare these measurements with a garment you own that fits you well.

Where possible, we are happy to help with exchanges in sizes or issue a credit note however you as the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the garment to us.

If you have received a faulty product, please email hello@sunnysslowmadegoods.com with a photo of the goods and we will help resolve your issue.
